Requirements

• Advance Review VirtueMart extension is compatible with VirtueMart 1.1.9 and Joomla 1.5.x
• Advance Review VirtueMart extension is NOT compatible with VirtueMart 2.0.x and Joomla 2.5.x
• Advance Review VirtueMart extension is NOT compatible with VirtueMart 1.0.x and Joomla 1.0.x
• This extension requires code modification, it cannot be installed via Joomla installer.

Features of Advance Review extension.

• Advance Review has four configuration options; None, All Guests, All Shoppers and Shoppers of Product.
  None - disables review through out the site.
  All Guests - allow submission of review for all site visitors.
  All Shoppers - allow submission of review only for registered users of the site.
  Shoppers of Product - allow submission of review only if user has purchased the product.
• In addition, All Review option and Allow Rating option can be configured independently i.e. only allow review or only allow rating or both allow review and rating.
• Automatically e-mail store admin/owner when a new review has been submitted.

• Advance Review Options - None, All Guests, All Shoppers or Shoppers of Product.
  • None - Disables review through out the site
  • All Guests - Allows submission of review for all site visitors.
    • Guest review is controlled by user's IP address
    • When 'All Guests' option is selected, user has the option to write a username if no username is written user's IP address is used.
  • All Shoppers - Allows submission of review only for registered users of the site.
  • Shoppers of Product - Allows submission of review only if user has purchased the product.

this extension need so much modification of your virtuemart files AND your joomla database !rnrnhere the list of files you have to modify:rn- ps_config.phprn- ps_reviews.phprn- admin.show_cfg.phprn- product.review_list.phprn- shop.browse.phprn- shop.product_details.phprn- english.phprn- reviewform.tpl.phprn- reviews.tpl.phprnrnwhats up man ! thats realy stupid !

Does exactly what is says. Easy to install and quick to update to 1.1.5. I'm using the All guest feature to promote more reviews and so far so good! Thanks.
